New to HPV
Just wanted to see if anyone had any informationt that could be helpful regarding HPV. What is the best way to boost your immune system because what I have read so far is that it is possible to your immune system to fight this virus if it is strong enough and it may disappear from your body and if that is true can anyone suggest some good ways to boost your immune system as the way of herbs maybe?

i don't believe one can actually make the virus "go away"... however, it is possible to force the virus into latency. usually the immune system will do this within two years of infection.

herbs/supplements that can help would be anything that enhances the immune system or has antiviral properties.
maitake mushrooms are good immune system enhancers.
olive leaf extract has antiviral properties
broccoli extract has a compound that is helpful in fighting hpv

look of the encyclopedia of natural healing by balch at amazon or b&n. it's an invaluable tool for staying healthy naturally, and has a treatment program listed specifically for hpv.

I was diagnosed with HPV and have just gone thru the colpscopy, biopsy, and cryosurgery. I found an interesting web site for a natural supplement that I am going to try...I do not want to go thru this again!
