I just got tested for herpes and I don't have it.. Now, I've still got tiny red bumps all over the head of my penis and some on the shaft. They don't itch the don't really do anything? The doctor said it could be because I'm out in the field alot and keeping it clean is well, pretty hard when you're not "cut".

What are sone of the signs of HPV? Doe's it go away burn?

HPV which is sometimes assoicated with Genital warts does not usually have many symptoms,(unless you have the actual warts) I dont even know if there is a test for men for the STD, its mostly found in women when they have an pap smear and it comes back abnormal, see your Doctor again and demand to be tested for other STD's. Its also possible to have PPP, which isnt that uncommon in men, Just ask your Dr. and they should be able to give you more details. Good Luck and Keep us posted!

There are more than 100 types of human papilloma virus that can infect the body. Some strains lead to common warts on people's hands and feet, but these are different from genital warts and cross-infection is extremely rare.

There's about 30 types of HPV affect the genital area. Some types cause genital warts, others cause changes in cervical cells that may lead to cervical cancer, but most HPV infections cause no symptoms at all and go away on their own. To find out if you have it you need a pap smear but an abnormal smear result may ot may not be a sign that you have been exposed to HPV, but not all cervical smears can detect current HPV infection. There is no test to find out if a man has HPV. They are carries and spread it to us.

In some men they are more likely to get severe and prolonged cases of genital warts, which can be more resistant to treatment. They are also more likely to develop anal cancer. There are not alot of cases of men having problems from HPV compared to the women.
