I am currently taking the HPV shot, and I only have one of the three shots left. However, I have just recently noticed that i have a "bump" on the outside of my vagina. It is not painless though. Could this be a sign of an STD, or just a pimple??...

It could be a pimple, more likely an ingrown hair. But it also could be a sign of something else. If you are worried, it's best to get checked.

If it is HPV or another STD, then would it hurt, or puss come out of it...?

HPV usually causes no symptoms at all (most women find they have it due to an abnormal Pap test). Is there a reason you're so concerned? If there is, just go get tested. But in the case of a pimple or ingrown hair, yes, pus can come out.

I'm just curious...as to what this is..... If it is HPV, would there only be one, or will it progressively become more? and, even though im in the process of taking the shot, could this still be it?
