| Re: alternative treatments
Oh I have TONS of nutritional health articles and stuff!!
A REALLY good read is a book called "Superfoods". My aunt gave it to me after her battle of breast cancer.. she too wanted to use food to fight her condition and she's doing quite well.. it has detailed information about foods, what vitamins they carry and how they affect your body (immunity, mood, health, alertness, etc.) I've only just started reading it myself because I wanted an immunity boost.. I would highly recommend you at least read it and see how you feel about it.. It's a good read if nothing else.
I'm pretty sure boosting your good dieting and exercise is the best weapon you can have.. stay out of recycled air (cars, indoors, etc) when you can and don't stress out (lowers immunity) and essentially take it easy..
I've heard of naturalist doctors that use homeogenic (sp?) medicines to cure diseases and such.. I wouldn't say it's an extreme decision to visit one and get their suggestions.. there's really never "too much good" you can do for your health..
