If I, a woman have the virus but is dormant and suddenly becomes active and level 3, then find out my partner of a year has had it previously, could his having it have caused mine to become active again?
If you are talking high risk, then I think there is no way of really knowing how/why the virus activates, especially after a period of time. I really think it is a guessing game.
