something I truly never thought to ask..

This might sound stupid, but I thought maybe I should ask..
If you know you have high and low risk hpv and you've had anal sex with your infected partner.. do you need your anus examined as well? Do they need to keep track of it as they do in your cervix?

Well for low-risk I'd think they could just externally examine for warts, but I honestly don't know what high-risk could possibly do to your anus . . . maybe a risk of rectal cancer or something like that, since it can cause throat cancer? Hmm . . . good question.
