yeah I did, but they get telling me that I have precancerous cells. I even had a biopsy done twice by two different docs. Would it be better if I just called my doc and asked this question?
did they tell you you had hpv in the first place. i have 8 nuclear cell changes not sure if that means precancerous and hpv present and as i have been told you have hpv forever once you get it it just remains dormant.
Tasha, I suggest you definately call your doctor's office and ask whatever questions you have. If you have a lot of questions, make an appointment to get clarification. That's what I ended up doing.
Please do not ignore the precancerous cells. They will only get worse if ignored. What is your next step? Have you had a colposcopy yet?
yeah I had one of those already, but at the same time you are missing the point. I just want to know does the hpv go away after you develop precancerous cells on the cervix?
not actually HPV can go away on it's own. I was told last year that I had HPV now they are just telling me that I have precancerous cells. I am not sure if I have hpv and the precancerous changes or what. I am totally confused on this note. Therefore, I will just call my doctor today and ask her the question.
