Ok, I really want to start a new relationship with a guy.. I told him about the HPV situation I have. He is totally supportive and understanding.
I know HPV can be trasmitted through sex, oral and anal sex.
My question is, can it be transmitted through kissing? I already don't want to have sex with this guy for a long time.. I at least want to kiss him without having to transmit it...
So please..adivce would be nice.
if you cannot spread it by kissing.. then what about giving oral sex to the person who does not have HPV? i understnad if someone who didnt have HPV performed oral sex on someone and they got it.. but what about the opposite?
A person who has HPV giving oral sex to a person without HPV is a pretty safe activity. You can't ever say something is 100% safe, of course, but HPV doesn't take to the mouth nearly as easily as it takes to the genitals. Even giving oral sex to a person who has HPV is considered significantly lower risk than having genital-to-genital contact with them.
