Once you have been exposed to high risk HPV you have it. Your body might fight it or not, but you still always have evidence of the virus in your body. Once someone is treated, you can't "get it again", but your body might reactivate the strain you have.

If you are asking about low risk HPV, I'm not sure. (edited to say "ignore that last sentence" I don't have enough caffine in my system to remember you were asking about CIN2 which means high risk not low risk HPV. :grabs coffee cup: )
