I'm not sure about cryotherapy, but with a LEEP or cone biopsy there could be some problems with conception and/or carrying the baby to term. The reason for that is that scarring from the LEEP/cone can close up the cervical os (the hole in the donut). It doesn't always, but it can. Then, depending on how much cervical tissue is removed, the cervix may not be able to hold the baby in. If that is the case, then the doctor can do a procedure (I think it is called a circlet) that can keep the cervix closed. I think I've read the baby is then born by c-section afterwards.
