hey.. my doctor told me there are some studies that say multi-vitamins help, and folic acid so i started taking one of those multi-vitamins designed just for women.. and just eating healthy of course. i hope it helps but who knows!
LOL Pickle! I take a multivitamin and a wellness formula pill that I buy at my local vitamin store. My vitamins also have lots of herbs in them. I eat or drink grapefruit, cranberry juice, yogurt everyday. I dont drink, i do smoke less than 10 a day. I try to keep my immune system up. Eats lots of antioxidant food and take your vitamins. and no dont smoke. =) Good luck
