After the HPV Vaccination...
i was told by a friend that after a vaccination, having sexual intercourse will increase your chances of getting the virus moreso then without the jab.
She told me i should wait 6 months... is this true?

It doesn't seem logical that this would be true. If you have intercourse with someone who has HPV, the chances are already extremely high that you will catch the HPV virus. And you will still catch it even if you have the vaccine. The difference is in whether you will suffer the effects of HPV (actual warts, cervical cell changes). I don't see having the vaccine would increase the chance of suffering the effects.

I agree with Thisby. I am also curious, what are you suppose to wait 6 months for? I don't understand.
