I don't think you can pinpoint a particular time when you got the HPV virus, you can have it weeks, months or years before showing signs or symptoms, if they ever show. I was married (still married/monogamous relationship) 16 years when I found out and my only partner has been my husband since before we were married. I had been told by my Gyn nurse that there was a lady who had been married for over 40 years, her husband passed away and 2 years after his death she found out she had HPV with some extreme problems---- she said her husband was her only sexual partner during her lifetime. Just to give you an idea that it is not easy to find the answer you seek.
