Take a deep breath.
You could have been exposed to HPV as early as your first sexual experience (and it didn't have to be genital-intercourse). Research shows that over 80% of women have been exposed to HPV by the time they are 50. That research is several years old. I wouldn't be surprised if the numbers aren't higher than that.
I realize you are not in the USA, but you might go to the website for The Center for Disease Control and read what it says about HPV. It will give you a LOT of good information.
