Cervical Cancer Jab

I have got my Hpv jab tomorrow , and im really scared due to always fainting when i feel a needel go inside me,
what casn i do to prevent myself from fainting and stop gettin scared x

Take some deep breaths before you go in, continue while they are preparing you. Don't look. Take a friend. Let the nurse know you are anxious and ask him/her to help distract you while they are giving the shot. Those ought to help.
