How to tell your new significant other??

I am in a very new relationship (6 weeks) and things are starting to get physical. How do I tell him that I have HPV and warts???? He knows I have something important to tell him that could effect our relationship. I know I have to tell him, I just don't know how.

How? With honesty. Don't try to start the dicussion before walking into a restaurant or walking into a movie. But you already know that.
