if your having unprotected sex with a low risk hpv do you pass it back and fourth making it worse or how does that work because the girlfriend and i both have the common low risk hpv and we dont know what happends with it

Any time you have unprotected sex you can be exposed to the HPV virus. Once you have it, you have it. The body's immune system can keep it in "check" so that you do not have untoward symtoms but that does not mean you have suddenly been cured or no longer have the virus.

Having the lrHPV does not mean that you could not also have the hrHPV and that this has not been detected yet. You can have both the high risk and low risk HPV simultaneously.

because i have been told that when you have unprotected sex while having this you just keep swapping it back and fourth and it keeps getting worse ...and i have been checked out numerous times and i go every other month to be checked to see if its in check or not along with my girlfriend a

Once you have HPV your body has the virus. It might become dormant, or it might reactivate, but you cannot keep passing the same strain of HPV "back and forth." You swap new strains of HPV with each new partner (and not just sexual intercourse, but sexual contact).
