| Is this HPV?
On the underside of the shaft of my penis, just below the head, there is an enlargement...like a swelling. Under this is a series of bumbs like along a vein, but no vein is there. It only appeared in the last week. Actually, about 3-4 days. Could this be HPV? Do the warts grow -under- the skin off of nothing, as it would appear here?
If I could, I would post a picture, as I have take one...and no, you see nothing but the region I speak of.
If it is not against the regulations I will post it.
