It depends on your body everyone is different, just because you had the warts removed doesn't mean you have built up immunity to the virus. All you have done is gotten rid of the signs.
HPV stays in the body forever. Just like the chicken pox virus stays in the body forever. For most people, the body fights the virus, then the virus doesn't cause future problems. It might, but for most people it doesn't.
