I know it will not affect your chances of conceiving but I read that being pregnant can cause an outbreak of more genital warts and if not treated (not even sure you can get treatment during pregnancy) it can really affect the baby at birth so you'll probably have to get a c-section. But I'm not sure, something your Dr. would probably figure out before delivery.
