Hi Claudia, I'm sorry you are having to deal with this.
First of all, do not have sexual intercourse until your doctor clears you to do so. Secondly, it is important for you to know that every time your husband has a new partner (or one of those partners has a new partner and then is with your husband) that he is potentially exposed to another strain of HPV (low risk or high risk). It can take months, years, or even decades before the negative effects of HPV are known.
Your last question "should we stop doing sex" has two different contexts: medically or morally/ethically. I don't know that I can attempt answering that until I know which context you mean.
