I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. I'll answer what I think you are asking.
HPV can be transmitted if there is skin to skin contact (vagina, vulva, cervix, penis, anus/rectum, mouth/throat). So yes, HPV can be transmitted by oral sex. Since there is no absolute time that it takes for HPV to show up there is often no way to know who gave whom HPV, especially if someone has had more than one sexual partner (including various forms of foreplay). It could show up in a few weeks or take as long as a few decades.
