If you're referring to genital warts, then no they do not usually go away, even when your doctor freezes them off. Sure the gradually fall off, but I swear that come back within a few months.
At least this has been my experience with them. This may totally gross you out, however, I finally got fed up with returning to the dr. so much, that I actually took my nail clippers and Yep, started snipping them off. Guess I was desperate to get rid of them for good -- which it actually did.
I by no means recommend that you do this - however, when I told my sister this story, she actually did it to herself also. Hers never returned either.
