No, it's not possible. HPV is a fairly hearty virus and it can live outside the body for a few hours in ideal conditions, so I guess it would be possible if someone took the bathing suit off her body and you imediately put it on yours . . . but still even that I think would not be very common. There is no way HPV survived the weeks/months it took for that bathing suit to get to you. Washing clothing from the thift store is always a good idea (heck, so is washing clothing from any retail store!) but you just aren't going to get HPV that way.
