hi i have recently descovered two lumps in my vagina no bigger than a pea, they stick out a little bit and feel rough to touch i cant see them as they are two high up. i have them no where else not outside or inside they are painless. i know they could be warts or a cyst or even scar tissue but what is it most likey to be ? and wat would be the treatment
