| Oral Hpv? Worried
Hi everybody. I was just diagnosed with HPV a few months ago.I literally don't know anything about this, and my doctors can't seem to give me a straight answer. I don't know what strain of hpv I have but I do know I have the one that cause genital warts. The reason why I'm posting this is because I think I might have hpv in my mouth. There are lesions/growths on the inside of my cheeks and on the inside of my upper lip. I am married to a wonderful man and he does not show any symptoms of hpv.
Do any of you have oral hpv and how do they treat it? I'm having a little freak out because I was looking at images online of people with oral hpv and the growths are massive. Is this common? I read that it can also spread to your face, which is a major concern. Can someone help?
