I'm not totally sure what "stage 3 precancer" is. The precancerous stages are mild dysplasia or CIN I; moderate dysplasia or CIN II; and severe dysplasia or CIN III. Precancerous stages are just that PREcancer. If left untreated and unchecked, then it could become cancer. Since you have already been diagnosed with what I assume is CIN III, then as soon as you deliver and have healed (a month or two), then the doctor will do a colposcopy or perhaps you've already had that. If so, then your doctor might do a cone biopsy of some sort.
