A month before I started dating my boyfriend, I made out with someone who was infected with HPV (I didn't find out till later). We didn't have sex but I unknowingly contracted the virus. Regardless, I got tested 2 weeks later and thought I was clean, so happily started a sexual relationship with the person I'm with now. A few months ago, I noticed I was showing the signs of HPV. I'm really upset and I know he has therefore contracted it from me. I love this guy and I know I have to tell him, but I'm not sure how to break it to him. Any advice?
