Because you’re a guy, I'm not sure if using vagisil anti-itch cream would help. There has to be some kind of anti-itching cream for men’s genitalia.
Since you don't want to tell your parents about your sexual history (I'm not sure if you are referring to they fact that they do not know you are gay or that you just don't want them to know what you are doing sexually). If you don't want to tell your parents that you are gay, just make some lie up about being with a girl (i know i know honesty is the best policy... but do what ever you think is best).
