Hi, to know for sure if you can catch it orally from her, you need to know what strain she has. There are only about 3 strains that will infect both genital and oral tissue, and if she has one of these 3 strains genitally, you could become infected orally from performing oral sex on her. If she has one of the other strains that does not migrate from the genital tissues, then you shouldn't have to worry about your mouth getting infected, but of course, you would still have to worry about any genital to genital contact. I believe the only way to get the type tested is to have a biopsy done on a wart or infected cervical tissues. There is no blood test available to the public for HPV yet.
