The answer to your question is yes. The risk of contracting hiv from one encounter with a heterosexual female is so small that it is hardly worth the concern. This is speaking of intercourse. The risk from fingering (a way where there is no evidence that anyone has ever been infected) is really zero. First off, she doesn't have it (like just about all heterosexual females who are not IV drug users or haven't had intercourse with IV drug using men). Second, vaginal fluids don't seem to have a high concentration of hiv as compared to blood and semen. Third, No cuts = no way into your bloodstream.
