Is anyone else receiving some kind of therapy for health anxiety/anxiety/hypochondria? Do you find it works? I have been in cognitive behavioral therapy for 18 months and the results are slow at coming but I see it working. Just deep inside, though, I am still convinced I will die at any moment from a heart problem.
Makes me nervous all day waiting to die, and symptom checking.
I have had all the cardiology tests known to man, and it is still not enough to convince me I am fine.
