is hypochondira to be blamed?

For the past month or so, I have been getting these weird body pains; more like body soreness. Here's the thing: Every two to three days, I get a different pain on a specific part of my upper body while the other pain from a different part is gone. I went to the doctors a month before this all started (bc of chest pains) and said I had anxiety and stress going on for me.

I'm wondering if this is due to anxiety or the way I sleep or what?
