Help please... Muscle twitch and what means about other causes

I am a 44 year old male. I have anxiety, sometimes pretty severe but never been officially treated. I get a twich in my right lid and every once in a while my left bicep. I am a bodybuilder and martial arts instructor. I am a HUGE hypochondriac as well. I just see Parkinson, MS, ALS, you name it... I have no muscle weakness, I have no atrophy, I am strong and in fact getting stonger sometimes, I have no swellling, good balance... I just have a twitch that come and goes and I think I feel it at other parts of my body.

Somebody help convince me I am fine!!!!! I dont want to waste money going to a MD..

Re: Help please... Muscle twitch and what means about other causes

These types of twitches usually are just random with no cause. If they keep happening, the usual causes are ----too much stress, not enough sleep, too much caffeine. So, just try to adjust whichever cause it may be, and it should improve.
Hope this helps!
