OCD meds affect my hypoglycemia

Are there any meds for ocd that will not affect my reactive hypoglycemia? At 75mg of luvox i get all my hypoglycemia reactions back. My Psychiatrist told me that all the ocd meds will affect my hypoglycemia because they negatively effect the HPA which causes an excess of cortisol in the adrenal gland hormone which effects my insulin levels. I hope someone could share some advice to me. Thank you.
