Rare Chronic hypoglycemia for several years.
I'm hypoglycemic since the year 2003 (maybe since earlier because before on my teens I suffer from time to time of dizziness, weak, blurry vision, etc when I spent long hours without food) well, I am not diabetic, dunno if prediabetic but all my glucose blood test are always below 100 (before any meal I mean).
My hypoglycemia is very weird, it don't happen on daily basis, from 2003 to 2009 I had at most like 4 episodes of low blood sugar (on night time always) I started to feel dizzy very very dizzy, and when I took my blood sugar it was in 60 or 55 on night time. To all other people who suffer from hypoglycemia or diabetic is easy to rise up their blood sugar, since they only need to eat anything (a few carbs like bread, rice, can of soda) in my case I can eat a full bag of bread and my blood sugar won't raise 1 single point (it doesn't go lower either) I can eat twinkies, milky way, twix, whatever and my blood sugar won't raise, if is low it will stay exactly where it was low but it won't raise at all, unless I start to eat with a big spoon tons of natural white sugar (white sugar is the only thing that raise my low blood sugar) however like I said, it doesn't work if I put white sugar on any meal or if I buy some meal that already has sugar inside...this just doesnt work for me, I need to eat white sugar directly from the bag.
Another thing, I bought last year iodine pills of 400mg from GNC, I take 1 on daily basis and then suddenly I started to have 1, 2 or 3 episodes of low blood sugar weekly on nigth time, day time, afternoon it didn't matter it was all uncrontolled, I stop taking iodine pills after like 5 months with weekly episodes of low blood sugar and then it stopped...no more low blood sugar, like 3 months after I bough iron pills that unfortunately had iodine too, and again low blood sugar episodes started like crazy...I stop taking those iron pills+iodine and low blood sugar again had stopped until today (what does iodine has to do with lowering my glucose in blood)
Usually my glucose on fasting is between:
2 hours after I eat cake or ice cream , usually is :
