Hi All,

I may be nuts, but I have been experiencing PMS symptoms 10 yrs after my Total (including ovaries) Hysterectomy. If I have no ovaries how can Istill feel the cycle in my body?
I get phantom ovulation pain and then I get a major mood dip, chocolate craving, acne producing PMS day or two and then I'm fine again until the next "ovulation time."
My periods were always very erratic before the op, so I never knew when they were coming. I always had the same symptoms of PMS tho.
I took HRT for 5 yrs after surgery but I don't take any hormones now. Does anyone have any experience with this or am I crazy??!
