Lying on your front?

Hi everyone,
I usually sleep on my tummy but darenít at the moment.
I am also off on holiday at the end of the month to a resort that offers spa and pamper type treatments (canít wait!!). I was planning to book in for a full body massage and then suddenly thought Ďeek will I be able to lie on my front for the back massage or do I stick to using the sauna, steam room and have a bit of reflexology?

When did others start lying on their tummies comfortably?

Jude x

Re: Lying on your front?

Hi Jude! I had an LAVH and was able to roll onto my tummy after 2-3 weeks. Before that, I was able to partially roll on my tummy, but was supported by a pillow.

I highly suggest you ask your doctor about when you can get a full body massage and use those spa facilities.

Re: Lying on your front?

Thanks for that Pickle eyes, I had been using pillows for support. Luckily I have an appointment with my Consultant and the physiotherapist the week before I go away so I have a list of activities I will be asking them about. There are many activities that I want to ask about including Pilates, yoga, belly dancing, cycling, and swimming as well as beauty treatments.

Re: Lying on your front?

I asked about yoga and was told 2 months. I'm almost at that point. I'll have to start really slowly!

Take care!
