In my wife's case it was her bladder. I assume that it depends on the size, number, and location of fibroids as to what, if any, other organs are impacted.

I agree with Randy. It depends on how large the uterus (or fibroids) are and where they are located. Even a fairly small fibroid if placed "just right" can cause problems elsewhere.
I think my fibroid caused some of my constipation issues.
