I must know. How much time, average, would it take for recovery if I'm scheduled for a vaginal partial hysterectomy. I need to let my supervisor know how much leave I'll need to take.

That question is best for your doctor to answer. If you are needing to take medical leave (or FMLA - or whatever those initials are), the doctor's office will have to fill out forms for your employer.

ok, thanks. I just want to give my director heads-up. My supervisor already knows but she's on maternity; she'll be back on the 9th of March. But, I know how our hr director is about knowing something like this ahead of time.
