Vesico-vaginal fistula - help!

I posted earlier about leaking urine. I went to gyn today and she did a test and said I have a vesico-vaginal fistula caused from trauma to the bladder during surgery. She sent me right over to a urologist. He put in a Foley catheter for two weeks, then I will have a cystogram to see if the fistula has healed. If not, I will have to have surgery. He said the surgery success rate is 85 percent. That seems low to me. I am scared to death of this not working and having to have a catheter forever. Any info would be great!
