Vaginal Irritation

Hi. Wondering if anyone has problems like this. I fear I just have a very sensitive vaginal area. For years (I am 45) I have had problems with sore/itchy/burning areas on my vagina. Never inside always on the outside. I've pawned it off as irritation from the nylon in my panties so went to 100% cotton. Still have problems. I've pawned it off on laundry and or bath products but went to one kind and stuck to it. I'll go for periods of times sometimes a couple of months or longer with no problems. Other times I can have an "episode" it goes away and two weeks later the same thing. Sometimes it comes out of the blue, sometimes it seems to "appear" after sex, sometimes it appears after wearing certain jeans that might be tighter than others. I've had a hysterectomy and experience some vaginal dryness but this has gone on prior to the surgery. I was married for 22 years and after 2 1/2 years of the single life I'm in a relationship again and it's really hard to try and explain when things aren't 100% "down there". I have all my regular checkup's and tests. I've been tested for everything so there are no diseases or anything like that. I'm very proud that I've had only 3 partner's prior to this one. Sometimes I just itch and something like OTC Vagisil takes care of the problem. Other times it burns. I'll get a "bump" at the spot and usually it lasts 2-3 days and it's gone as quick as it appears. My paps usually come back positive due to high yeast but nothing ever other than that. Any suggestions? Thank you.
