Trapped Wind After Hysterectomy
It's almost nine years ago when I had an emergency hysterectomy at the birth of my third child. It and multiple blood transfusions eventually saved my life. And fortunately my daughter has 'miraculously' recovered from cerebral palsy.
But since I have been plagued with trapped wind which keeps me awake at night. Until I happened to pick up this site surfing the net, I had no recognition of something that's not medically harmful but can be debilitating with loss of sleep.
I am keen to read further now I have registered to find out the remedies.

Hi :) have you tried charcoal tablets? You can pick them up from health food stores & after WAY too many gyno surgeries they have been my life saver. Good luck!
