Ablation Scare

I had the surgery Oct 2010 everything went as planned. Started out with light periods after years of out of control bleeding, eventually they stopped completely and never had any cramping. A complete success, so I thought. Within the last 4 weeks started getting cramps in the lower abdomen area and lower back pain. First had pain directly above the pubic bone and up to the belly button like normal menstrual cramps but never went away. Now pain is located on lower left side only and has moved into the lower back area also and frequent urination, Nothing really excruciating but I fear it's going to continue to get worse. I saw Doc today.... possible hernia, bladder spasms he did not really know what it was so he prescribed me something for bladder spasms. I figured it was the start of a UTI but it wasn't. Actually feels like my left ovary in on fire. Now I'm wondering if all of this isn't due to the procedure.
