Exclamation Fibroids or Cysts after Abdominal Hysterectomy

Hello---I had a total hysterectomy via abdomen 2 years ago.
The reason for the surgery was because of huge fibroids. Baseball size.
Felt good for about a year, but a year ago, I started having extreme bloating and left sided pain. Also, it seems like I'm constantly peeing. I feel as bad, if not worse as I did before I had the surgery 2 years ago.

I do not see how this is possible since I no longer have a uterus, so there could be no fibroids right?
I do not have health insurance so I am weary about going to the doc because of lack of money.
Symptoms:

Bloat to the point I look pregnant--have to wear pants 2 sizes bigger and I only weight 115 pounds as it is.
Left sided pain that shoots into my legs. Gets worse If I do any physical activity.
Nausea.
Peeing all the time.
Fatigue.

This has been going on for over a year off and on, but lately the symptoms have been ongoing for about 2 weeks straight.
Is this normal for a ovarian cyst? I still have my ovaries, and I"m wondering if fibroids can grow on them or could it be a cyst?
Has anyone out there had these symptoms?
Could this be adhesions from my abdominal surgery?
Any similar stories would be great for peace of mind.
Thank you.

Re: Fibroids or Cysts after Abdominal Hysterectomy

I've read that in rare cases, if the surgeon left even a small piece of uterus behind that it can grow a fibroid. It's very rare but it has happened. The other thing is that adhesions after surgery can cause pelvic pain. And also as you mentioned, ovarian cysts can cause your symptoms.

The only way to really know for sure though is to see a gyne. I know you said you don't have insurance but the problem may get worse in which case it's better to take care of it sooner rather than later.
