How long should I wait after keyhole surgery
before exercising?

You should ask your surgeon. You didn't say how recently you had surgery. Too much activity too soon can cause big problems (such as adhesions) and slow down the healing process. But you don't want to be a couch potato either because that increases risk of blood clots. Hope recovery's going well!
