Hey there,
Well I can try to help you. Although I am not sure if what I say is 100% true at least it can help you out a little. I think ref. means what the normal range for these tests are.
NK stands for natural killer cells which are a part of the innate immune system meaning they need to triggers to be made, they are always circulating around your body looking for foreign material (cancer cells, viruses, etc.)
I imagine WBC includes all of your white blood cells, including T cells, B cells, etc. Alot of these cells are circulating as well, but some also need triggers to be made and multiply.
I am sorry, and dont know what Anti-Streptolysin O means.
Were these tests for mono as well............because i think EBV means epstein bar virus which is the virus which causes mono.
The EBV values are the antibodies produced by your body in response to the virus. I am not sure who these number values compare though.
I am not really sure of ways to boost your immune system, but go to your pharmacy and ask about vitamins, etc.
I hope this helps, and sorry i couldnt be of greater help
