| | Can anyone help interpret these test results?
I'm hoping someone can help me here. About 3 weeks ago I got a sudden onset of pain in both wrist joints, knee joints and hands. A few days later the knee pain was totally gone and wrist pain mostly gone. However, my hands felt very swollen at night and well as painful fingers. I could barely make a fist. Now 3 weeks later my fingers are a bit tight but nothing bad. I went to the dr. and here are the test results that did come back positive:
Anti-nuclear antibody - 204
Actin smooth muslce - 21 (weak positive)
Urine - trace blood
The dr. is confused becuase the RA and all others came back neg. She is referring me to a rheumatologist but I can't stand waiting. She didn't even meantion the actin smooth muscle as I think she overlooked it.
Here are my questions:
1. Does anyone know what a weak positive actin smooth muscle means?
2. Does RA cause your hands to fall asleep and get all tingly in the middle of the night?
3. Does trace blood in urine correlate to any autoimmune disorders or is this something separate?
4. I had a baby 11 months ago. Could this be something hormonal?
Any other comments, advice, etc. is greatly appreciated.
