Im in my mid 20's ive had a ras on my ankles to my where my boxers start for about a month now.I went to go the Urgent Care,because thought its just a rash although its alot of tiny little red like things all over..
I thought it was from me switching to sweat pants,and before thay i worse shorts than when it started..
So I went to the er,they treated it like I was a ddrug addict,or lyme disease,and ran 4 things of blood.They said they couldnt diagnose anything it came back normal..
I follow up with a Dr,and Right away Dr says Vascultis,and that my Sed rate was a bit elevated also,thats why The DR CAME TO THAT,ALONG WITH THE RASH ON BOTH LEGS..
They sent me in for bloodwork up that wont be back in for a few days i have severe anxiety im scared its a serious underlying problem..

So the only symptom I see is the rash,and the sed rate..anybody tell me more about vasculitis ive read online it scares me,is this pretty serious,and most of the time a underlying condition or can it just be a case of vasculitis..All my blood work from the er was fine..I dont know what to do im freaking out..
My calf muscles ache a bit too.Dr gave me prescription to medrol??

Hi -
I am a 26 y/o F w/ the same problem. Tiny pin point red spots covering the lower half of my legs. Welt like red spots on my thighs. I can't quite figure out what causes it. Too much sitting, too much standing. It is very frustrating. I have a lot of deep pain in my legs...making it hard to walk at times. My joints swell & also my feet. So much so - shoes dont' want to fit.

I was diagnosed w/ Vasculitis. I also have Sjogren's. I have taken prednisone and currently am on Methotrexate.

Not a lot of people understand the pain...and being soo young it has affected my social life a great deal...

Keep me posted on your situation...

my ana,hep c,rpr,cpr,esr i think some others may have come back negative..dermatolgist called it leuk something vascuiltis without a biopsy..any thoughts?
