Small Intestinal AVM Bleeding

Wife was diagonised with small intestinal AVM bleeding for some time now. She has been seen by the Gastrointestinal Doctor whom caterized the bleeding spots and she has received some blood trasfusion. However, the problem of bleeding have continued to the point that she is having blood transfusion every other week. What is the cure for the AVM intestinal bleeding? We are desprately looking for a cure and also second opinion on this matter.
